How often will you visit our school/college?
The frequency of our visits is determined wholly by the level of support you require. Depending on your specific support needs, we can be there daily, weekly or fortnightly.
What happens in an emergency?
In emergency situations such as loss of internet and server failure, Sweethaven will make sure an engineer is sent out straight away to begin diagnosing the problem at hand and get you back up and running as soon as possible.
What support can you provide during OFSTED visits?
Sweethaven appreciates the pressure you come under during OFSTED checks. Just let us know when you get the call and we’ll ensure we’re there throughout the day to support you every step of the way and ensure your IT systems don’t fail you when you need them the most.
Do you provide teacher training?
We offer a range of bespoke training packages for existing or new systems and equipment. We can even make sure we’re in the classroom to help you troubleshoot during teaching time following initial implementation.
We have tight budget restrictions
We understand that school funds have to be allocated efficiently. Sweethaven will work closely with you to ensure effective budget management that enables you to meet your technical requirements and remain within budget.
